Ilulissat & Sled Dogs
Did a morning hike through the Unesco area next to Ilulissat. Lots of icebergs in the water. Stopped to see our guide's sled dog team. Dinner back at the Hotel Arctic.

Wednesday - July 24
Ilulissat to Ilimanaq & Helicopter Flight
Super foggy morning. Took a boat (Targa) towards Ilimanaq. Lots of icebergs. Water was to rough for landing in Ilimanaq, had to go back to Ilulissat and get a bigger boat. Much faster second trip, great light as fog was lifting. Checked into Ilimanaq Lodge, very modern eco lodge with 15 nice cabins. Had lunch then a large 8 passenger helicopter landed right by the lodge and took us to the Jakobshavn Glacier. Landed and had time to walk around and get pictures. Had a tasty dinner at the lodge restaurant.
